Gomer was one of a litter of two boys. I hadn’t given a lot of thought of
keeping another boy at the time, but I fell in love with this boy the minute
he was handed to me during Sarah’s c-section. Fortunately, the other boy was
just as nice and finished his championship just as easily as Gomer. You can
find more on brother Brody under the Honor Roll button.

Gomer taking 1st
place in large 6-9 mos Sweeps Class, GLNC Regional May ‘02.
Gomer was so much fun from the get go. Numerous regional placements in the
puppy classes and then the big placement at the 2003 National in New York in
a large Bred by class (photo above)--he was the youngest entry in that class
- just over 18 mos. He finished his championship a month later at the South
Central Newfoundland Club’s regional show in Kalamazoo Mich, going Winners
Dog from the Bred By Class! I have shown him periodically as a special,
which he has done fairly well with an owner handler like me!

In his spare time, Gomer
absolutely loves to play games with his stuffies!

He never shreds them, but rather he is just content to carry them in his
mouth and play ‘keep away’ or just butt the squeaker with his big nose!

Regional.
